Job Description
York River Landing is looking for a strong, reliable full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team!
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen, takes pride in their food, and can confidently handle closing responsibilities at the end of the night.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook seafood, sides, and menu items to our standards
- Work efficiently and accurately during busy dinner service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate and work well with the kitchen team
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
- Complete nightly cleaning, breakdown, and closing duties
- Help maintain a clean and professional kitchen
What We’re Looking For - Previous line-cook or professional kitchen experience
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and focused on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and closing shifts
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
