Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Per Diem Ob/Gyn Hospitalists for their practice in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing specialized healthcare for women, babies, and children within a national, multispecialty medical group. Clinicians are committed to delivering coordinated, compassionate, and clinically excellent services in hospital settings. Responsibilities 24 hour Inhouse Shift Compensation Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $180/hr This position is a W-2 Benefits Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role Sick Pay Bank Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role Pediatrix does not off paid time off for team members in a Per Diem role Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to team members in Washinton under Initiative 1433 Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire They cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment There is no annual cap on accrual Team members will be able to carry over up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave the following year The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment Requirements Must be Board Certified Minimum of 1 Year's Experience Active WA License or IMLC Eligible for Compact Able to Offer Ongoing Availability
