Job Overview
As a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician for a client located in Cooper City , you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
Responsibilities
- Power wash kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficiently set up and break down job sites and equipment.
- Perform assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and manage equipment and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards while completing each job.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders safely.
- Ability to squat, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and in commercial kitchen environments.
