This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership, coordinating communications and projects, and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities. **In this role you will:*** Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and record management.* Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination, promotional materials, market research, and reporting.* Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business objectives.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects. **What you bring to the table:*** High school diploma or GED required.* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing, or a related business function.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.* Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, preferred.* Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders.* Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations.* Strong administrative and organizational skills.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.**Shift and Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.**Compensation Details:** The expected rate of pay for this position is $28.00 per hour - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.**The** **Value of Graybar:**At Graybar, we are known for our comprehensive benefits and our employee stock ownership plan!
