Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Full-time coverage, 4 shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Practice Setting: Inpatient and OutpatientTypes of Cases: Gynecologic SurgeryCredentialing Timeframe: 30-60 daysElectronic Medical Record (EMR): EpicCertifications Required: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Board Certified requiredLicensure Required: Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license; Drug Enforcement Administration registration required Facility LocationLocated just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
