PriceSmart is seeking a Manager, Benefits – U.S. to lead and optimize U.S. benefit programs across health, dental, vision, life, disability and wellness. You will analyze funding strategies, manage vendor relationships and renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA). Collaborate with Finance, Payroll and HR to deliver accurate funding and reporting.
