We are seeking a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist to join a well-established hospital in Brooksville, Florida. This is a full-time night shift opportunity offering competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits.
Position Highlights
- Full-Time Permanent Position
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotating Weekends
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)
- Night Differential: $2.50/hr
- On-Call Pay: $2/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and STAT laboratory testing
- Analyze and interpret laboratory results
- Perform quality control and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot laboratory instruments as needed
- Process specimens accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Associate Degree required
- Florida Medical Technologist License required
- Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist experience
- Strong knowledge of Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology preferred
- Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
