Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA)

Location: Winston-Salem, NC (serving greater Winston-Salem, High Point, and Greensboro areas)

Schedule: Full-time or part-time

Compensation: $50-$85/hr (depending on experience) plus bonus incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented, an  Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA)  to join our luxury aesthetics and wellness practice. We combine advanced medical aesthetics with whole-person wellness.

We are looking for an individual to perform cosmetic injectable treatments who is passionate about patient care, works collaboratively with leadership and staff, and values integrity, professionalism, and long-term growth within the practice

This role is ideal for a provider who is confident and committed to delivering exceptional, natural-looking results while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Experience with (or certification in) neuromodulators (Botox®, etc.)
• Experience with (or certification in) dermal fillers
• Understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Works well with leadership, collaborating physicians, and team members
• Strong ethical standards and patient-centered mindset
• Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with wellness services is a plus (or interest in learning)
• Experience with biostimulators and cannula technique is a plus
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury aesthetic environment
• Interest in regenerative medicine, wellness, hormones, and advanced aesthetics
• Ability to build lasting patient relationships through trust and results

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• Administer neuromodulators, fillers, and biostimulators
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
• Collaborate with medical leadership and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and practice protocols
• Contribute to a positive, elevated patient experience
