We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. About the Role: As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant at Montcare Bethesda, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our geriatric patients. You will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting them with mobility and transfers. You will also assist with Vital Signs and documentation, and be a part of our interdisciplinary team that prioritizes patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support patients with mobility and transfers, as needed Take and record Vital Signs Assist with documenting patient care and progress Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant or in a healthcare setting preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Must be able to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Benefits: [Insert benefits information, if available] #J-18808-Ljbffr Montcare Bethesda
