Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to contribute to client care from the comfort of your own home. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you'll enjoy a work-life balance while utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technologies that enhance client interaction and care delivery. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings ensuring continuity in client treatment and sustaining a supportive professional culture.

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring each session is personalized and results-driven.

  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, participating in case reviews and discussing treatment plans for hospitalized clients.

  • Provide educational resources and guidance to families and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support their loved ones throughout the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed toward a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. You'll focus particularly on older adults, ensuring you provide culturally competent care tailored to their unique life experiences and emotional needs. The position also allows you to work with clients from different backgrounds, contributing to their personal growth and overall mental wellness.

  • A valid LMHC license in the state of Washington is required.

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
