Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most. **Key Responsibilities:*** The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas.* The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome.* Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population.* Responsibilities include attendance at work rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services.**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor in PharmacyOhio Pharmacy license**Preferred Qualifications:**PharmD2 years Hospital Pharmacy experienceCompensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
