Signarama Cleveland is looking for a highly skilled carpenter or well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to apply their skills in a new, growing industry. This is not an entry-level installer position.
We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a site, assess the situation, and execute with confidence. Why This Role Is Different Sign installation combines:

- Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters
- Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing
- Concrete footing and post setting
- Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment
- Reading blueprints and site plans
- Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired)
- Leading and mentoring crew members
- Representing our company professionally on job sites
- 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience
- Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment
- Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful)
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Leadership mindset
