What You’ll Do

As a Sales Team Member, you will:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, digital leads, referrals, and community outreach
• Build relationships and identify customer needs through thoughtful conversations
• Present appropriate State Farm insurance and financial services products based on customer needs
• Generate quotes, follow up with prospects, and help turn opportunities into new customer relationships
• Conduct proactive outreach to develop new business
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience from the first conversation forward

Licensing

Successful candidates must be able to obtain applicable insurance licenses as required by the state. Licensing requirements and support will be discussed during the interview process.
