Registered Nurse II

The Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse II. This position provides professional nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating care plans, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents. The Registered Nurse II also serves as a clinical resource to nursing staff and contributes to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
