salary: $28 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates using Outlook 

• Create positive candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview rooms/meetings if necessary, bringing lunches for candidates, etc.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and hotel booking
• Manage candidate expense report forms
• Support recruiters by inputting data in ATS

• Initiate background checks and hiring files
• Ability to work with C level executives and senior management
• Must be flexible, adaptable, fast-paced, patient and have extraordinary tolerance for last minute change
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
• Work closely with other HR team members to constantly refine hiring process
• Maintain and update recruiting dashboard tracker
• Run weekly job requisitions report to maintain hiring updates
• Ability to think on feet

• Send new hires information to onboarding team
