ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Division 9 who has both office and field experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Estimator in the commercial drywall industry.

Strong experience with:

  • Metal Stud Framing
  • Drywall (Sheetrock)
  • Acoustical Ceilings
  • Hands-on field experience with commercial drywall projects.
  • Ability to manage projects from estimating through closeout.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have estimating experience.
  • IEFS

SKILLS

Proficient with:

  • OST (On-Screen Takeoff)
  • Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with takeoffs, bidding, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, procurement, and project management.
