Build components that power mobility
Join WestsidePersonnel’s partner, a tubing fabrication leader supporting automotive, ATV/UTV, and outdoor power equipment OEMs. Take charge of a production cell, manage quick change-overs, perform routine maintenance, and log quality checks with precision.

Open schedules- 1st Shift: 6am–2:30pm (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm (Mon–Fri)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 am–6:30am (Sun–Thu)
- Set up and operate industrial machinery per documented procedures
- Monitor processes and adjust settings to meet specifications
- Complete routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues; perform basic repairs
- Maintain complete production records: counts, inspections, defects
- Sustain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to hit production goals and deadlines
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery
- Mechanical skills with troubleshooting and repair ability
- Strong attention to detail; follows instructions accurately
- Performs well under pressure; meets tight deadlines
- Basic computer literacy for accurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Team-oriented communication skills
- CNC tooling knowledge
- CNC setup and changeover capability
- Mechanical assembly background
- Packaging experience
- Exposure to automotive manufacturing systems
- Meets physical requirements of the role
Primary: Press Brake. You’ll also interface with CNC tooling and related cell equipment.
