Location: New York, NY, 50% Hybrid Work Environment Duration: Long Term, but it would be part-time

Our start-up healthcare client is looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO 50%) to lead, direct, plan, and manage Digital Transformation for their university. He/she will work closely with the CEO and lead the design of the Platform Rebuild and data management. The CTO will have a background in the digital healthcare space with a focus on wellness.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

A track record of attracting, hiring, scaling, managing, and retaining top-quality staff and management. Proven start-up experience. Highly skilled with PhP, React, Angular and cloud solutions. Highly skilled with mobile app design and management. Strong collaboration and leadership skills, plus the ability to implement new systems and redesign work processes. Demonstrated experience directing and managing people within a challenging environment Ability to work exclusively through people to achieve shared objectives. Energy, tact, conviction, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, plus the other intangible attributes necessary to succeed in a complex, fast-moving digital healthcare startup.
