Automotive Service Advisor

Description Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing dealership group in Central Georgia. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact between our service department and our customers. Requirements Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of automotive service and repair terminology Strong organizational and computer skills (DMS experience preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Ford Americus
