Infection Prevention Lead: Surveillance & Improvement
Phoenix Children's
Phoenix Children's is seeking an Infection Preventionist II to coordinate the infection surveillance, prevention, and control program. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Degree and at least 5 years of combined experience in nursing and infection prevention. This full-time position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to develop infection control policies, and proficiency in data analysis. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with primary responsibilities including program development and compliance with regulatory standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phoenix Children's
