Valve Assembly Supervisor - Lean Manufacturing Lead

ITT Inc. in California is seeking a Supervisory role to lead day-to-day valve assembly and test activities for a team of about 25 employees in a continuous flow aerospace manufacturing environment. You will assign work, review blueprints, ensure quality, coordinate with other supervisors, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles, ERP/MRP systems, and strong safety and teamwork.
