Compliance Officer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure our projects and operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training on compliance issues. Responsibilities: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance issues. Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance programs accordingly. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and findings. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a consulting or project management environment. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective compliance training programs. Problem-solving: Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions. Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new challenges and changes in project scope or regulations.
