HR Systems and Project Manager

Job Title: HR Systems and Project Manager Duration: to convert to FTE within 6 months Location: Atlanta GA 30354 (Hybrid) Pay rate: $55.00 - $58.00 hourly on W2 Status: Exempt (this role is exempt from OT) Position overview: This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead system excellence, drive impactful projects, and elevate the employee experience within a renowned organization. Required Skills: Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Proven expertise as a SuccessFactors administrator, with comprehensive knowledge of modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting, and Learning Management System (LMS) Strong project management skills, including leading system implementations, integrations, and process improvements Excellent troubleshooting, user support, and system support capabilities Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Procurement, and HR stakeholders Skilled in data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support executive decision-making Familiarity with HR operational processes such as onboarding, data management, and compliance Nice to Have Skills: Experience with JIRA or other HR support desk platforms Knowledge of source-to-pay activities including vendor management and procurement processes Skills in system security, role-based access control, and organizational structure management Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise HR systems Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
