Regional Sales Manager – Packaging Automation Equipment Territory: Territory: Northeast U.S. (Maine through Virginia) A leading manufacturer of end-of-line packaging automation equipment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow an established Northeast territory generating $8M-$10M in annual revenue . This is an excellent opportunity for a proven capital equipment sales professional with experience selling packaging automation, robotics, palletizing, case packing, conveying, or material handling solutions into manufacturing environments. What We're Looking For 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience Experience selling end-of-line packaging equipment, robotics, automation, palletizers, case packers, conveyors, or related systems Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing accounts Experience calling on food & beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical, medical device, corrugated, or industrial manufacturers Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with engineers, operations leaders, and plant management Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing a large multi-state territory Ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast What We Offer Established territory currently generating $8M-$10M annually Industry-leading end-of-line automation solutions Base salary of $100,000-$140,000 Uncapped commission plan Company laptop, cell phone, expense account, and full travel reimbursement Strong support structure and long-term career growth opportunities If you have a track record of selling packaging automation or capital equipment and enjoy helping manufacturers improve productivity through automation, we'd like to speak with you.
