Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying their specific needs to develop targeted treatment plans that encompass both short- and long-term health goals.
• Utilize a broad spectrum of evidence-based techniques in therapy sessions, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat and ultrasound, tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery, while providing ongoing support and encouragement during rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, empowering them with knowledge to take an active role in their recovery through customized home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously, maintaining detailed records of patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster an integrated approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this full-time position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
