Gentry Service Group is a well-established heating and cooling company that has been delivering trusted service to Asheville and the surrounding communities since 1963. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Change-Out Specialist to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements
Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components
Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades
Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits
Maintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Requirements:

3+ years of strong residential HVAC installation and change-out experience
Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems
Brazing Certifications
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
