Job Summary:
Preoperative Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Tracy, CA. This role involves performing routine assessments, delivering holistic patient care, and coordinating interdisciplinary plans of care for surgical patients in an outpatient setting. The position requires providing patient education, supporting transitions of care, and fostering collaborative communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA RN Licensure, 3 years of experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years, EPIC charting system experience, and a minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves performing structured work assignments, assessing and delivering patient-centered preoperative care, managing interdisciplinary care plans, and maintaining effective communication with patients and team members. Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide verified work history covering the past 7 years. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start date.
