Job Summary:
Operating Room Surgical Technician (OR Technologist) in Maine. This role involves supporting surgical procedures within the operating room environment, with a focus on trauma and ENT cases. The position requires ensuring patient safety and assisting surgical teams during procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, at least 2 years of experience in operating room settings, experience with ENT procedures and trauma, and relevant certifications obtained.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with General, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedic trauma, joints, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or related specialties.
• Additional Information: The role supports a busy operating room with facilities equipped with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems. The patient ratio is 1:1, and the environment emphasizes professionalism, flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and teamwork. Scrubs are teal, issued from the hospital, and the dress code should be adhered to accordingly. The position involves limited call requirements from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
