Enrollment Manager

Sentara Health Plans in Norfolk, VA is seeking a capable Enrollment Manager for Commercial and Individual Plans. This is a remote role within Virginia, requiring 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm EST, Monday–Friday. You will plan, direct, and implement all enrollment processes (web, paper, electronic) and oversee daily workflow, staff development, and quality assurance to ensure high member satisfaction.
