AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Advisor to work with individuals and families who are looking for guidance on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, values professional development, and wants a performance-based career with strong support.
What You’ll Do
Meet virtually with clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based benefit reviews
Explain insurance options in clear, easy-to-understand language
Help clients identify coverage that aligns with their needs
Follow up professionally and maintain strong client relationships
