Physical Therapist, Inpatient RehabilitationARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation (Day Shift) in Fort Worth, Texas.Location: Fort Worth, TXAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Job DescriptionThe Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients within a rehabilitation setting. This position emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams. The therapist will manage treatment plans and effectively document progress according to hospital guidelines.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals to facilitate patient discharge.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers to patient discharge.Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions.Complete accurate medical record documentation, including daily notes and discharge summaries.Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.Participate in student training and educational enhancement activities.Engage in professional development and advocacy efforts in the community.Required ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.Prior Inpatient Rehabilitation experience is preferred.Certifications/LicensureBLS Certification required prior to the first shift.Must hold a valid, current State license in physical therapy.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
