Job Overview Build our future together: The Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) engages Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across diverse care settings (e.g., academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) within an assigned geography. The MS delivers clinically focused messaging to drive revenue and achieve product goals, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and compliant, integrity-driven performance. When & where: Field Based • Location: Los Angeles (Metro), CA Responsibilities Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products and grow brand share and revenue. Partner with multiple stakeholders, including Reimbursement and Access Specialists, to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends, supporting brand and corporate objectives in the territory. Develop strong working relationships with customers, internal collaborators, and external partners such as clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and educational teams. Conduct rare neurology‑specific market profiling activities to understand regional and local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Maintain deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers and health‑care providers). Execute strategic account selling and management, developing comprehensive territory/account/customer plans to achieve objectives. Ensure total account coverage, educating all personnel on commercially available Regeneron products. Develop and execute tactics within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share. Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate efforts, including supporting contracting pull‑through. Gain deep knowledge of each account through internal research and integration of information from stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products; launch experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations concentrated in Neurology. Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines. Results‑oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches. Strong account management experience with analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills. Current account management experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and the current Neurology marketplace. Salary and Benefits Salary range (annually): $158,950 – $220,000.
