American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks an Accessory Development Engineer to design and develop innovative automotive accessories for Honda and Acura vehicles. In this role, you will own accessory concepts from early design through production, creating CAD models, drawings, and specifications while collaborating closely with manufacturing, suppliers, quality, marketing, and service teams. You will support testing and validation to meet safety, durability, and regulatory requirements, manage project timelines and design changes, and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives within an innovation-driven, quality-focused culture.
