Home Time Choices:

• Local Drivers (within 50 miles of Aurora): Be home every day, with only rare overnight runs during busy periods.
• Regional Drivers (within 110 miles of Aurora): Enjoy weekly home time and frequent chances to pass by the house.

What We Offer:

• Earn between $73,372 and $82,212 annually
• $0.70 to $0.80 per mile , depending on experience
• $17 per stop pay (average of 13 stops weekly)
• $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus from November through March
• Up to 3% extra pay for safe and on-time deliveries
• Average weekly pay between $1,450 and $1,581 , with potential to grow
• Modern 2025 model trucks featuring automatic transmissions and auto-chains

About the Work:
Drivers pick up refrigerated grocery loads from the Aurora Distribution Center , delivering to stores across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah . Freight is a combination of live load/unload and drop-and-hook. Reefer training is available. Expect steady freight averaging 1,700 miles per week .

This position runs on a 70-hour weekly schedule with flexible operations and no fixed route pattern. Orientation takes place in Salt Lake City, UT , and interviews are completed over the phone. Trucks remain at the Aurora facility (no take-home units).

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license with an excellent driving record
• Minimum 4 months of recent Class A OTR verifiable driving experience at least a 40' trailer
• Strong focus on safety, must be able to pass all DOT tests to include hair/urine

• Regional: Within 110 miles of Aurora, CO (includes 34-hour reset weekly)
