• License/Certs: Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required, proficient with Tablo Hemodialysis System and all vascular access types

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $65/hour
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application, comprehensive benefits to be provided

What You'll Do:

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatment activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain infection control standards and compliance with hospital policies
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute setting

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Competency in all dialysis vascular access types
• Proficiency with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and autonomous working skills
