*A Role for Independent and Organized Professionals*

You'll manage your work with a high degree of autonomy. As a Road Service Technician, you will efficiently plan your travel, organize customer appointments, and ensure professional follow-up on service calls.

*What You'll Do*

* Visit customers throughout your assigned territory to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
* Efficiently organize your workweek and travel schedule based on customer needs and priorities.
* Represent Liftow professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Ensure equipment is returned to service quickly and safely.

*Your Technical Expertise*

You will work on a variety of equipment, including:

* Electric and internal combustion forklifts
* Walkie stackers
* Electric tractors/tuggers
* Tow and transport vehicles
* Other material handling equipment

*You will be responsible for:*

* Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.
* Using specialized diagnostic tools, software, and technical manuals.
* Reading and interpreting electrical and wiring schematics.
* Performing high-quality repairs while adhering to safety standards.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

*The Ideal Candidate*

We would like to meet individuals who:

✔ Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive technician, or road vehicle mechanic.
✔ Are known for their independence, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
✔ Enjoy managing their schedule and effectively prioritizing service calls.
✔ Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
✔ Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
✔ Demonstrate a strong commitment to responsibility and safety.
✔ Hold a valid driver's license.

Experience with Toyota products is considered an asset.
