Our organization is currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our expanding team.

We are a physician-led, professionally managed multispecialty group practice located in Central Oregon, with facilities in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters. Our team comprises over 160 providers across 30 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 patients in the region. We have established ourselves as a leader in quality healthcare, achieving a 4.9-star rating or higher on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect score of 100 out of 100 on the Medicare Quality (MIPS) assessment for 2022. In 2022, we also launched the community's first comprehensive Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

As part of our Primary Care Team expansion, the Internal Medicine physician will:

• Provide high-quality care to our growing patient population.
• Collaborate within a physician-led and professionally managed medical group.
• Work in a well-established multispecialty practice that integrates behavioral health, nutrition, and Care Navigators, with plans to add Pharmacists.
• Participate in a team-based approach focused on patient-centered care.
• Receive comprehensive administrative and clinical support.
• Access resources, coding, and IT support easily.
