Recruiting Talent
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles
- Schedule interviews and serve as a professional first point of contact for applicants
- Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes
Human Resources Support
- Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Provide administrative assistance related to payroll processing and data entry
