This position requires 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description

Join a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art birthing center that prioritizes the health and comfort of mothers and their newborns. The facility is designed to provide a nurturing and safe environment for childbirth, featuring private labor/delivery and recovery rooms, as well as advanced neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maternity care to mothers and newborns.
• Assist with labor and delivery processes, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Monitor maternal and neonatal health and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Support family-centered care practices to enhance the childbirth experience.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
