Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active Maryland SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Comfortable providing services fully onsite, with flexibility for hybrid scheduling considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech-language therapy to students ages PreK–12, addressing a variety of communication disorders
• Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and support IEP processes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student growth and participation in the classroom
• Maintain thorough records and partner with school stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
