WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily work schedules to ensure efficient outbound warehouse activities. Communicate effectively with vendors and logistics partners to coordinate shipments and deliveries. Assist warehouse operations by supporting product segregation through proper identification and location management. Identify and resolve operational issues related to customer orders, receipts, and shipments. Work with area leadership and team members to enforce specific business processes and procedures. Perform client order entry processes accurately and efficiently. Optimize warehouse storage locations to improve space utilization and internal product flow. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy. Assist in investigations, when applicable, of shipment or receipt of materials or services provided that do not meet Sentry's SOP/COP or Client standards. Involved in defining and ensuring compliance with all SOPs/COPs for business needs. Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control using procedures and documentation for material stored in the facility. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and order entry processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. Any college level degree is preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of warehouse experience is required. Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is required. Experience with arranging receipts and/or shipments of materials with logistics providers is preferred. Knowledge and operation of various industrialized powered vehicles is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry or related field is preferred. Required to operate various industrialized powered vehicles including but not limited to: Forklifts, Walkie Riders, Packaging equipment. Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Web Browser required.
