Part‑Time Relationship Specialist – Flemington, NJ In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking a Part‑Time Relationship Specialist to join our team of professionals at our branch location in Flemington, NJ. The work schedule is up to 25–29 hours per week, with Saturday hours required. The starting pay range for a new hire in this role is $21–$23 per hour. The wage offered will depend on experience, industry experience, education, and other qualifying factors. Responsibilities Build member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach. Open new accounts and enroll new members during initial consultations. Process applications, resolve complex member issues, and follow up with members to ensure satisfaction with present products and services and inquire about future member needs. Qualifications Technologically savvy, especially with self‑service options. Adaptable to new or non‑traditional environments and committed to community engagement and Affinity’s corporate objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales or customer‑service experience is essential. Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired. Bilingual Spanish speakers are helpful but not required. Saturday availability is required. Banking experience is helpful but not required.
