Full-Time Customer Service Representative - Mixed Animal Veterinary Office

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our mixed animal veterinary team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and is essential to delivering compassionate service and supporting daily hospital operations.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and patients in person and by phone
Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Processing payments and handling check-in/check-out
Supporting veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working around animals
Basic computer skills
Veterinary or medical office experience preferred

Position Details & Benefits:

Full-time schedule (including some evenings and/or weekends)
