Telehealth Recovery Peer Navigator

Insight Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to provide outreach, engagement, and recovery mentoring within the Integrated Community-Based Telehealth program for adults with substance use disorders. You will connect participants to treatment, telehealth, housing and transportation resources across Cherokee, Graham, Swain counties, with travel as needed, and collaborate with clinicians and partners to ensure warm handoffs and coordinated care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Human Services, Inc.
