We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee a team in a highly automated distribution environment. If you have experience leading maintenance teams and working with conveyors, robotics, automated material-handling equipment, or similar systems, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What you'll do
- Lead daily maintenance operations and technician teams
- Prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor KPIs and equipment reliability
- Identify opportunities to improve uptime and maintenance processes
- Coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable
- Partner with operations and client leadership
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Experience leading teams and managing KPIs
- Strong knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance
- Experience with conveyors, robotics, automation, or material-handling systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
