The Mover/Packer reports directly to a crew supervisor in consultation with location management. They will work efficiently and provide quality customer service in a safe manner. You will be directly responsible for packing, loading and unloading the customer's belongings as directed by your supervisor. The Mover/Packer position is essential for the services we deliver to our customers. You must be a self-motivated individual who problem solves within a team construct. There is a potential for overtime and tips. Join our team today.General ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service.Follow Crew Supervisor directions.Packing and moving client's household goods in residential or commercial structures.Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and customers.Effective time management and organizational skills.Basic tool operation (disassemble/assemble customer goods).Protect furniture using various methods.Meet continuing education requirements.Operate in a safe manner at all times.QualificationsRequirementsPhysical requirements: standing, bending and climbing stairs for long periods of time, and repeatedly lifting 25 to 50 pounds alone or 100 plus pounds with team members.Must be reliable, collaborative and communicative with team members and clients.Must have a valid driver license.Must own a reliable vehicle to transport you to and from work.Must own a smartphone.Pass a background check (no felonies or Class A misdemeanors).Comply with Firefighting's Finest rules, policies and procedures.Exhibit a consistent positive attitude and high morals.
