Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (Specialty: PT OP) in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. The position offers a flexible schedule with day shifts, suitable for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, licensed or eligible for licensure in the state, and preferred minimum experience of 0 years for entry-level candidates
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge within established length of stay.
  • Document medical records clearly, accurately, and timely, including goal writing, functional assessments, and necessary correspondence in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in student education programs, providing supervision and evaluations as appropriate.
  • Develop and pursue a professional growth plan through continuing education and participation in professional activities.
  • Adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
