Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Camden TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor entry points manage access control procedures and conduct routine patrols to help support a secure environment. You will remain visible respond to security-related concerns and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or employees by following site-specific procedures screening entry requests and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at the location by checking identification verifying credentials maintaining visitor logs and controlling entry and exit in accordance with established policies.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas parking areas shipping and receiving zones and the perimeter noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized access theft and/or policy violations by monitoring foot and vehicle traffic observing daily operations and reporting suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
