About This Role As an RN in the Hematology Oncology department at Cleveland Clinic’s Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center, you will provide exceptional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, interacting directly with patients and families to enhance their healthcare experience. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.40/hour Location: Strongsville, OH Facility: Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center Department/Unit: Hematology Oncology Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans. Administer medications and treatments. Initiate CPR and other emergency measures. Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings. Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment. Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education and provide it to patients and families. Cover other nursing roles within the department. Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing BSN preferred Experience One year of recent experience as an RN Will consider LPN, Medical Assistant, and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience in substitution of RN experience for current Cleveland Clinic caregivers Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross Cancer‑specific certification or demonstrated ongoing qualifying education #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
