Policy Management: Assist clients with the details of insurance offerings and manage the entire insurance application process from start to finish. Retention Strategies: Work to retain existing clients through proactive follow-ups and by offering optimal insurance products that meet their evolving needs. Requirements Education: High school diploma or more Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing sales role is preferred. Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Louisiana State Property & Casualty Insurance License. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer relations. Customer-Oriented: Commitment to providing exemplary customer service and support.
